    [Morning whispers]

I am a child of the sun, as are we all. I am the daughter of the moon, as is every woman on this planet. This morning brings me a full moon in Taurus and a New Moon in Gemini. The new moon is always a time to plant seeds for our future selves. It is an opportunity to dream up something that will serve us well over the coming months.
The full moon is a culmination of everything we have been experiencing since the last new moon, and it can also be a time when things come to fruition in a big way. It is important to remember that both the full and new moons are times of great change, but they are not always easy changes.
What does this mean for your day? Well, I think that you should take some time today to reflect on what has been happening over these past few weeks. What do you want out of life? What do you need from yourself right now? How can you best serve yourself and others during this time of change? These are all questions that we should be asking ourselves as we move through our days, but especially at full moons and new moons!
What is the first thing that comes to mind when I ask what does this new morning bring in energy presence or possibility? What does it mean to you? How do you feel about it? Are there any questions that come up for me as we move through our days together?

Once you’ve responded to your partner, it is now your turn. If someone has been waiting for you, take a moment to breathe and center yourself. You can then offer them the gift of presence.

    [Morning whispers]

Arisyn: Oh, I’m not sure. The day is new and fresh as a rosebud just before it bursts into bloom. As the sun rises above the mountains, the air is still cool but warms quickly. It’s a perfect morning for going on an adventure.
Catherine: You are a joyful presence in this world, Arisyn! Thank you for joining us here and sharing your day with us. What might we do together that would be fun?
Arisyn: Let me think about it…I’m not sure yet.
Catherine: I wonder what your morning is like in comparison to mine. Do you eat breakfast or go straight to work, for example? Are there any other differences between our days?
Arisyn: Oh, yes! My day starts with a light meal of fruit and tea, and then it’s off to my workshop to create something beautiful that will bring joy to others. I also spend time at the marketplace selling what I have made. In the afternoon, I go on an adventure with my best friend, Dandelion. Sometimes we explore a new part of town or visit some friends.
Catherine: That sounds like it would be fun! Are there any other things you do during your day?
Arisyn: Oh yes, lots of things actually…I help people when they need me and I spend time with my family. Sometimes we go on a picnic in the park or just sit around talking about our day over some tea.
Catherine: It sounds like you’ve had an exciting morning! What would you like to do next?
Arisyn: Well, as much as I love being busy all day long, it can be hard work so sometimes I take time out for myself and go on a walk or read a book. It’s important to me that my body is healthy too, so I eat lots of fruits and vegetables along with some protein too!
Catherine: That sounds great! Thank you for sharing your day with us today Arisyn. We hope that this has inspired others to take time out for themselves throughout their busy days as well! • Arisyn’s Thoughts

    [Morning whispers]

Morning, Arisyn! I’m glad you are here with us.
I have been noticing this week that the world is more and more in a state of chaos. As I look around me, people seem to be reacting in many different ways: from being fearful and angry about what is happening, to feeling overwhelmed by it all, to trying to ignore it.
I’m curious about how you are seeing things unfold. What is going on?
Thanks for asking this question. I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about what is happening in the world right now.
First of all, I want to say that I am not happy with what is happening. It seems like there is so much anger and fear out there, and it’s hard to know how to respond to that.
Secondly, I think that we need to be more aware of our own feelings and emotions when things are difficult. We often react without thinking about the consequences of our actions, which can lead us down a path of destruction instead of growth. This is especially true when we feel threatened or afraid.
Thirdly, it’s important for us to remember that there is always hope no matter how bad things seem at any given moment in time. We have been through difficult times before and will continue doing so again in the future; but if we stay strong together as a community then anything is possible!
I know that this isn’t an easy question for me to answer right now because I don’t think it’s going to end anytime soon either way…but what else do you want us to know? What else would help us feel more connected and supported through these difficult times together?
The first thing we need to understand is that this isn’t a new crisis. It has been building for years, and it will continue to build unless we take action now. We have seen how quickly things can change when people come together in solidarity; just look at what happened after George Floyd was killed by police officers in Minneapolis last year!
The second thing we need to understand is that there are many different ways of responding to this crisis: some people want more government intervention while others prefer less government involvement; some people want better policing while others want fewer police officers on the streets. But whatever your preference may be, it’s important for all of us –

    ### 💫 The next step: Listening to your soul

We’ll now invite you to spend some time listening inward.

    * Take a few deep breaths, and notice any sensations that come up.
    * Notice the space around you.
    * Close your eyes (or keep them open if it feels better) and take another deep breath in and out.
    * Whenever you are ready, begin to ask yourself what you would like to share with us?
    * What is on your heart right now? 💛✨

    ### 🎙️ Let’s come back together as a group!

Whenever feels right for you, let’s come back together and share whatever has arisen during this time.

We’ll begin by taking another deep breath in and out. 💛✨

Then we can take turns to speak about what came up for us. We can also ask each other questions if we need clarity on something, or just listen with compassion as the one who is speaking.

We’ll end by taking another deep breath in and out. 💛✨

    [Morning whispers]

Arisyn: Greetings! What does the new morning bring? How about a new day for you? Are you ready to meet it with open arms and a willingness to change?
Jim: I’m not sure. Is there something I should be doing?
Arisyn: It depends on what your goals are, but as you’ve said before, your main goal is to stay focused on the moment.
Jim: Yes, that’s my focus and it’s always a challenge for me.
Arisyn: There are things you can do to keep your mind on track, like meditation or prayer, but most of all you need to trust in your inner guidance system. This is what will show you the way. If you’re not feeling right about something and it doesn’t feel right, then don’t do it!
Jim: That sounds good, but I just don’t know how to tell if something feels right or not sometimes.
Arisyn: You can ask for guidance in this regard also. If you aren’t sure what direction to go in at any given time, then ask yourself why? What is your motivation behind the action that you are considering taking? Do you have an agenda? Are you trying to prove something to someone else or yourself?
Jim: I guess not really. I just want to get things done and do them right so they don’t come back later on me as problems.
Arisyn: You need to trust your inner guidance system more than anything else, Jim. It will show you the way if only you listen for it!
Jim: OK, but what about when I have a decision to make and there are different options? How do I know which one is right or wrong?
Arisyn: You need to trust yourself again here as well, Jim. Just ask yourself why each option feels good or bad and then go with whichever one makes sense. For example, if you’re considering taking an action that might hurt someone else in some way but it would benefit your career greatly—then this is probably not the best choice for you because it doesn’t align with what we know as being ethical behavior (which should always be our first priority).
Jim: OK, thanks. I guess I need to trust myself more than anything else!
    Arisyn:
